Proof thread
A narrow local workflow must produce repeatable verdict, trace, repair, and rollback evidence before outside use.
Runtime witness
Health, gateway, conformance, rollback, and security evidence must close before runtime claims expand.
Access decision
Any later pilot must be scoped, written, reversible, and explicitly bounded before external participants are invited.
